Domain Registration Refunds
Domains are a NON-REFUNDABLE product. This is an industry-standard policy as domain registrations are immediately processed with registrars.
Free Domains with Hosting Plans
- If a free domain is registered with any hosting plan, and you later cancel the hosting service, the domain cost will be deducted from your hosting refund
- The deducted amount will be based on the standard retail price of the domain extension (e.g., .com, .in, .net)
- Only the remaining hosting amount (after domain cost deduction) will be refunded
Domain Delivery Issues
- We provide domains promptly upon order confirmation
- If we are unable to deliver a domain within 24 hours due to technical issues or registrar problems, we will issue a full refund to the customer
- Customers will be notified immediately if domain delivery is delayed
Premium Domain Pricing
- All domain prices listed on our website are for standard domains, not premium domains
- Currently, we do not have a specific tool to check for premium domains as we are in our beta stage
- If the domain you selected is identified as a premium domain after purchase, we will provide either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Account credit for future purchases (at your preference)
⚠️ Domain Suspension for Abuse
- If you host any phishing, fraudulent, or abusive content, the domain will be suspended by the registrar
- We are NOT responsible for domain suspensions caused by policy violations
- As per our terms and conditions, domains are non-refundable in case of abuse-related suspensions
- The domain owner is solely responsible for complying with registrar policies and applicable laws

- If we are unable to resolve your issue within that timeframe, we will happily issue a full refund

Money-Back Guarantee Period
GK Host Point provides a refund guarantee ranging from 7 days to 30 days, depending on the specific plan and billing cycle:
- Standard Plans: 7-day money-back guarantee
- Premium Plans: Up to 30-day money-back guarantee
- The specific duration of the refund guarantee is transparently mentioned for each plan on our website
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, customers must meet the following requirements:
- New Customers Only: You must not have been a customer of GK Host Point, AquaHost, or HostingMaster in the past
- No Abuse or Misuse: No policy violations should have occurred on your service (refer to our Account Security, CPU Usage, Bandwidth, and Disk Usage policies)
- No Chargebacks: You must not have initiated a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider
- Billing Cycle Base: The money-back guarantee applies to the base billing cycle amount as specified for each plan
- Good Standing: Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding abuse reports or violations
Refund Calculation & Deductions
When processing refunds, the following deductions apply:
- Gateway & Handling Charges: Payment gateway fees (typically 2-5%) are non-refundable and will be deducted
- Multi-Period Plans: If you purchased a plan for 3 months to 3 years, the amount for the period already used will be deducted from the refund (pro-rata calculation)
- Free Domain: If you claimed a free domain with hosting, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund amount
- Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees or migration charges are non-refundable
- Add-on Services: Additional services like SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, or premium backups are non-refundable

Any violations of our terms and conditions will void your right to a refund, including but not limited to:
- Hosting prohibited content (illegal, adult, phishing, malware)
- Excessive resource usage beyond plan limits
- Spam or bulk email sending
- DDoS attacks or hacking attempts
- False or fraudulent information provided during signup

- Server Configuration: VPS and dedicated servers are immediately provisioned and configured upon order
- Resource Allocation: Once allocated, server resources cannot be reclaimed or resold
- Server Licenses: All server licenses (cPanel, Plesk, CloudLinux, etc.) are non-refundable
- Custom Configurations: Any custom server setups or configurations are non-refundable

- Higher Operating Costs: International hosting infrastructure involves higher costs that cannot be recovered
- Content Flexibility: While offshore hosting provides more content flexibility, all services must still comply with our acceptable use policy
- No Trial Period: Due to the specialized nature, no trial or money-back guarantee is offered for offshore hosting

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel services. Our policy for such situations is as follows:
No Refund Conditions
- If any of our terms and conditions are breached, including instances of abuse, a refund will NOT be provided
- Account termination due to policy violations (spam, illegal content, hacking) does not qualify for refunds
- Repeated abuse warnings or suspension will result in termination without refund
- Fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts forfeit all refund rights
