To improve account security and protect all AquaHost client accounts from unauthorized access, we have now implemented a Two-Step Verification (2FA) system with Email OTP authentication inside the AquaHost Client Area.
Once this feature is enabled on your account, every login attempt will require OTP verification sent to your registered email address.

As per the latest government guidelines and compliance requirements, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has now been made mandatory for all VPS users.
We request all customers using VPS services to complete their KYC verification as soon as possible through their AquaHost Client Area.

We have implemented 2 new self-service features for our cPanel Shared Hosting users so customers can manage important actions directly without raising support tickets.
New Features Added:
This feature is useful if:
Your website/system files were accidentally deleted
Your hosting environment became corrupted
You want a completely fresh website setup
You want to reinstall/reset your hosting environment quickly
Using this feature, you can reset your cPanel hosting environment yourself.
This feature can be used if:
– You entered the wrong domain while ordering hosting
– Your old domain expired
– You want to replace the primary domain with a new one
– You want to move hosting to another domain easily
Now you can change your primary domain directly from the client area without contacting support.
How To Access These Features

These features are currently available only for cPanel Shared Hosting users.
AquaHost will continue improving automation and self-management tools to make hosting management easier for all users.
