Dear Customers,

To improve account security and protect all AquaHost client accounts from unauthorized access, we have now implemented a Two-Step Verification (2FA) system with Email OTP authentication inside the AquaHost Client Area.

Once this feature is enabled on your account, every login attempt will require OTP verification sent to your registered email address.

How It Works:

  • Whenever someone tries to login to your AquaHost account, an OTP verification email will be sent instantly.
  • Without entering the correct OTP, login access will not be possible.
  • If the login attempt was made by another person/device, you will also receive security details such as:
    • IP Address
    • Browser Information
    • Device/System Details

This helps you quickly identify unauthorized access attempts and secure your account immediately.

How to Enable Two-Step Verification:

  1. Login to your AquaHost Client Area
  2. Scroll down to the AquaHost Exclusives section
  3. Find:
    “Two-Step Verification – Secure your account with Email OTP”
  4. Click on it
  5. Enable the verification switch/button

Once enabled:

  • Every future login will require OTP verification
  • OTP will be sent to your registered email address
  • Unauthorized users will not be able to access your account without verification approval

We strongly recommend all customers enable this feature for additional account protection and improved security against unauthorized login attempts.

As per the latest government guidelines and compliance requirements, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has now been made mandatory for all VPS users.

We request all customers using VPS services to complete their KYC verification as soon as possible through their AquaHost Client Area.

Why KYC is Required:

  • Government compliance requirements
  • Abuse and fraud prevention
  • Network/security verification
  • Server misuse monitoring
  • Service ownership verification

Required Action:
Please login to your AquaHost Client Area and complete your KYC verification by uploading the required documents.

Important Notes:

  • VPS services without completed KYC may face temporary suspension/restriction in the future.
  • KYC verification helps maintain secure and compliant hosting infrastructure.
  • Submitted documents are reviewed securely by our verification team.

Generally Accepted Documents:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Valid Government Issued ID

We have implemented 2 new self-service features for our cPanel Shared Hosting users so customers can manage important actions directly without raising support tickets.

New Features Added:

  1. cPanel Reset Feature
  2. Change Primary Domain Feature

  1. cPanel Reset Feature

This feature is useful if:

Your website/system files were accidentally deleted
Your hosting environment became corrupted
You want a completely fresh website setup
 You want to reinstall/reset your hosting environment quickly

Using this feature, you can reset your cPanel hosting environment yourself.


  1. Change Primary Domain Feature

This feature can be used if:

– You entered the wrong domain while ordering hosting
– Your old domain expired
– You want to replace the primary domain with a new one
– You want to move hosting to another domain easily

Now you can change your primary domain directly from the client area without contacting support.


How To Access These Features

  1. Login to the AquaHost Client Area
  2. Open “My Services”
  3. Select your hosting service
  4. Click “Manage Product”
  5. On the left-side “Actions” section, you will find these options

Important Note

These features are currently available only for cPanel Shared Hosting users.

AquaHost will continue improving automation and self-management tools to make hosting management easier for all users.
