Offshore Server Upgrade & IP Update Required

As informed on 22/07, we have successfully completed the offshore server upgrade, and all data has been migrated to the new server.

If you're using Cloudflare, you are required to update your domain’s IP address with the new one.
You can find the new IP in either of the following ways:

  • Log in to your Client Area → My Services → Manage Product, or

  • Log in to your cPanel, where the new IP will be visible.

The new IP address will start with 31.57.

Please ensure this update is completed within 24 to 36 hours, and verify that your website and data are working correctly.

 The old server will be deleted on 24/07. After that, no data recovery will be possible. If your site is still pointing to the old IP, it will stop working.

Support Instructions:

  • If you face any issues, please raise a support ticket from your client area.

  • For WhatsApp assistance, support is available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST).

We would like to inform you that server upgrade and maintenance work is currently in progress. We are moving to a new offshore server with enhanced DDoS protection to improve performance and stability.

As part of this process, all client data is being migrated to the new server. During this time, you may experience website downtime or unexpected issues. This maintenance is expected to continue for up to 24 hours.

Once the migration is complete, your new server IP will be visible in your Client Area. You will need to update this IP in your Cloudflare settings to bring your website back online.

We expect everything to be fully stabilized by the morning of 23rd. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this upgrade.

This is to inform you that one of our underlying host systems in the Singapore  location will undergo scheduled live maintenance to improve performance and reliability.

 Maintenance Details:

  • Date: 04 July 2025 (Friday)

  • Time: Starts at 1:30 PM IST

  • Expected Duration: 45 to 90 minutes

Impact:
No downtime is expected as the maintenance will be done live. However, in rare cases, a short downtime of around 10 minutes may occur if manual intervention is needed.
