We would like to inform you that our Singapore Shared Server is currently experiencing a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. Due to this, some websites hosted on this server may face temporary downtime or slowness in accessing services.
Our technical team is actively working with our upstream providers and security systems to mitigate the attack and restore full service stability as soon as possible.

If you're using Indian Shared Hosting, please take the following steps:
Log in to your client area to check your new server IP and hostname.
If you're using Cloudflare or custom DNS, update your A record with the new IP address.
Your website will be live shortly after the DNS update.
If you face any issues, please raise a support ticket with a clear description and screenshots (if possible). Our support team is actively monitoring and ready to help.

Dear Customers,
We sincerely apologize for the recent downtime experienced on our Indian Shared Hosting and VPS servers.
The issue started on the night of 30th, when a technical problem occurred in the datacenter's node network. Our team, along with datacenter engineers, resolved the network issue by around 3:00 AM.
Unfortunately, at around 6:00 AM, a disk failure occurred that affected several VPS containers and data from some shared hosting accounts. Due to the sensitivity of the data, the datacenter involved their Level 3 engineers, who reached by noon and began working carefully on the issue.
Seeing the delay and understanding the urgency, AquaHost purchased a new dedicated server and set it up for all Indian Shared Hosting clients. We began restoring backup data (over 950GB) and, by midnight, we were able to bring back 90% of the websites online.
We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

On 27th May, our Indian server experienced a 10-minute downtime due to a network issue at the datacenter.
To resolve this issue permanently, our datacenter team is currently performing server migration and maintenance. During this process, you may face temporary downtime or slow performance.
