Important: Old Server Shutdown Notice
The old server will be permanently shut down on 29th December 2025 at 12:00 AM (midnight).
Please verify that all your data has been migrated successfully. If you find any missing or incomplete data, contact us immediately before the deadline so we can restore it from the old server.
Regarding Recent Downtime
We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime experienced over the past few days. We understand the inconvenience this has caused to you and your business operations.
Reason for Extended Downtime:
Due to the weekend combined with Christmas festival holidays, our datacenter had limited staff availability, resulting in longer-than-expected resolution times.
Our Response:
27th December: Immediately upon server failure, we set up a new high-performance server and began manual migration
28th December: Once the old server came online, we completed data migration to the new infrastructure
Current Status: All services now running on improved, stable infrastructure

Your faith in AquaHost motivates us to constantly improve and deliver better services. We are committed to providing excellent hosting solutions at affordable prices, and we will continue working diligently to exceed your expectations in 2026.

Dear Valued Customers,
We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime experienced on our Indian Shared Hosting (Old) server. We understand that the outage duration was longer than expected, and we truly regret the inconvenience this may have caused to your websites and services.
Current Update:
The old Indian server is now back online, and our technical team has successfully started the migration process to a new, upgraded, and high-performance Indian server to ensure better stability and reliability going forward.
During the migration process:
There may be temporary downtime for some websites while data is being migrated (this is a possibility, not mandatory for all accounts).
If you are using Cloudflare DNS or any external DNS manager, please update your domain with the new server IP address.
You can find the new server IP and hostname inside your Client Area or new cPanel.
Once the migration is fully completed, we will share a final confirmation announcement.
After migration:
If you notice any issues such as:
cPanel access problems
Missing files
Database or email issues
Website not loading
Please raise a support ticket immediately, and our team will assist you on priority.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the extended downtime.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this process it truly means a lot to us.
